Selecting FedEx Ground International in SendPro Enterprise
FedEx Ground International service is not listed under FedEx Web Services in SendPro Enterprise.
Products affected: SendPro® Enterprise
FedEx Ground International service is not listed under FedEx Web Services in SendPro Enterprise. To select FedEx Ground International:
- Select FedEx Web Services as the Carrier.
- Select FedEx Ground as the Service.
- For International only, uncheck residential, even if address is residential. This eliminates the prompt to change to FedEx Home Delivery, which is not supported for international addresses.
