Selecting FedEx Ground International in SendPro Enterprise

FedEx Ground International service is not listed under FedEx Web Services in SendPro Enterprise.
Products affected: SendPro® Enterprise

FedEx Ground International service is not listed under FedEx Web Services in SendPro Enterprise. To select FedEx Ground International:

  1. Select FedEx Web Services as the Carrier.
  2. Select FedEx Ground as the Service.
  3. For International only, uncheck residential, even if address is residential. This eliminates the prompt to change to FedEx Home Delivery, which is not supported for international addresses.
