Products affected: SendPro® C Lite, SendPro® C, SendPro®+, SendPro® C Auto (2H00, 8H00, 9H00)
Your device has separate accounts for the Print on Envelopes app and for the Create Shipping Labels app.
To remove funds from one or both of your accounts, call Pitney Bowes support at 1-877-822-0996.
Pitney Bowes deals with the funds from each account separately.
