Before you begin
Make sure that your meter is connected to access the Pitney Bowes Data Center using a SmartLink device, PC Meter Connect, a Communication Device or a dial-up phone connection.Solution 1: Meter prompts you to connect
- Press Enter/Yes when your meter connects to the Pitney Bowes Data Center.
- Press Enter/Yes when your meter displays your balances.
- Press No when your meter displays Would you like to refill postage?
- Your meter connects to the Data Center before returning to your Home screen.
If your message does not clear, try Solution 2.
Solution 2: Check your balance
- Press Funds.
- Press Review (down arrow) twice.
- Press Enter/Yes when your screen displays Check amt available to download?
- Press Enter/Yes when your balances display.
- Press No when your meter displays Would you like to refill postage?
- Your meter connects to the Data Center before returning to your Home screen.
