SendPro Online or PitneyShip subscription only (no meter)
Only users with the role of Admin can perform this procedure.
- Sign in to SendPro Online or PitneyShip.
- Select your name in the upper right.
- Select Request Cancellation.
- Complete the form and select Submit Request.
- A Pitney Bowes representative will contact you to complete the request.

- Press "2" to speak to a customer relations specialist. Hours of operation: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. ET.
