Canceling a SendPro Online or PitneyShip subscription

Learn how to cancel a SendPro Online or PitneyShip subscription.

SendPro Online or PitneyShip subscription only (no meter)

Only users with the role of Admin can perform this procedure.

  1. Sign in to SendPro Online or PitneyShip.
  2. Select your name in the upper right.
  3. Select Request Cancellation.
  4. Complete the form and select Submit Request.
  5. A Pitney Bowes representative will contact you to complete the request.

SendPro Online or PitneyShip subscription with a Pitney Bowes meter

  1. Call Pitney Bowes at 1-800-624-5639.
  2. Press "2" to speak to a customer relations specialist. Hours of operation: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. ET.
