Canceling a SendPro Online subscription

SendPro Online subscription only (no meter)

Only users with the role of Admin can perform this procedure.
  1. Sign in to SendPro Online.
  2. Select your name in the upper right.
  3. Select Request Cancelation.
  4. Complete the form and select Submit Request.
  5. A Pitney Bowes representative will be in contact within 2 business days to complete the request.

  1. Call Pitney Bowes at 1-800-624-5639.
  2. Press "2" to speak to a customer relations specialist. Hours of operation: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. ET.
