Resetting a user's password for Mailstream on Demand Virtual Mailroom

If a user forgets their Mailstream on Demand Virtual Mailroom password, any user with an Administrator role* can reset the user's password.

  1. Go to the Pitney Bowes Reporting Site and sign in with your email address and password. Your custom reporting site address (https://yourcustomerid.dtpcloudsystems.net) can be found in your welcome email and your Statement of Work.

  2. Go to Maintenance > User > Administration.
  3. Click on the user who needs their password reset.
  4. Click on the exclamation point icon in the upper right.

  5. Click Submit.

The user will need to sign in with a blank password. They will be prompted to create a new password.

*If the Administrator forgets their password, contact Pitney Bowes support.
