If a user forgets their Mailstream on Demand Virtual Mailroom password, any user with an Administrator role* can reset the user's password.
- Go to the Pitney Bowes Reporting Site and sign in with your email address and password. Your custom reporting site address (https://yourcustomerid.dtpcloudsystems.net) can be found in your welcome email and your Statement of Work.
- Go to Maintenance > User > Administration.
- Click on the user who needs their password reset.
- Click on the exclamation point icon in the upper right.
- Click Submit.
The user will need to sign in with a blank password. They will be prompted to create a new password.
*If the Administrator forgets their password, contact Pitney Bowes support.
