Personal Shipping in SendPro Enterprise is a feature that allows your employees* to ship personal packages with your company’s SendPro Enterprise using a personal payment option. (*Except on instances where the SendPro Enterprise administrator has requested that the feature be removed.)

Functionality
Can I void a shipment after I've printed a label?
Yes, as long as the shipment has not been scanned and entered the carrier's mail stream, the shipment may be voided and the charges refunded using the History button in the Personal Shipping App. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be processed. Refund inquiries must be directed to persohalshipping@ehub.com. See Voiding and requesting a refund for a personal shipment in SendPro Enterprise for instructions and important information.
Can I change my ship from address?
Yes. By default, the ship from address is set to the address you provided during setup. You may enter a different ship from address at any time prior to completing the shipment.
Yes, providing that you are shipping from a US origin point, international shipping is supported.
Can I ship multiple packages to the same recipient?
Yes, the Personal Shipping App supports shipping multiple packages to the same recipient (multi-pack).
Can I save my favorite shipments?
No, the Personal Shipping App does not support saving favorite shipments.
Yes. Card management is presented on the payment screen of the Personal Shipping App.

Note: Once a credit card is added and billed for a shipment, it may not be removed until a replacement card has been added. This is to ensure that post-shipment freight adjustments can be billed or refunded.
Yes, by using the History button in the Personal Shipping App.
How do I view my personal shipping history?
To access your personal shipping history, click the History button on the horizontal menu. To return to the app, click the Workflow button.
Associated Fees
Is there a fee for using personal shipping?
Yes. All rates presented are inclusive of any fees.
Why was I billed twice for the same shipment?
It is most likely that the carrier assessed a dimensional weighting adjustment after it was processed. For more information on dimensional weighting, visit the carrier's website.
I've voided a shipment. How long does it take to get my refund?
For DHL, FedEx, and UPS, refunds will be processed within 48 hours. For USPS, please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed.
How will shipments appear on my credit card statement?
Any information entered in the Shipper Reference field during shipment processing will appear on the credit card statement. If a shipper reference value is not provided, the carrier name will appear.
Payment
All credit card brands are accepted, including but not limited to:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
- Diners Club
Can I use ApplePay, GooglePay, PayPal, or other electronic payment methods?
These and other electronic payment methods are not yet accepted though support for these types of services is planned for a future release.
Can I use P-Cards (Corporate Credit Cards) or gift cards to pay for my personal shipments?
No.
Can I offer my employees my corporate rates?
No.
