Setting up the default return label address in SendPro Online

You can choose the default recipient address that will be used for all return labels you create.

You can choose the default recipient address that will be used for all return labels you create.

Select your version of SendPro Online

There are currently two versions of SendPro Online. Click on the image that matches your SendPro Online Home screen to view the instructions for your version.

  1. Select Settings > Return Labels.
  2. Select I want to use the same recipient address for all my return shipping labels.
  3. Enter the address in the fields provided.
  4. Select Save.

SendPro Online (new) SendPro Online Home screen thumbnail

  1. Select Settings > Shipping Label Options.
  2. Under Return Shipping Labels, select Automatically pre-fill your preferred recipient address when creating return shipping labels. You can change this on any label.
  3. Select the address book icon and select the default return address you wish to use.
