Black or blank touchscreen on the SendPro 300

Learn how to resolve a black or blank touchscreen on the SendPro 300.

The touchscreen appears black or blank.


The touchscreen has no power.


  1. Verify that the power switch on the back of the meter is in the "on" position (the 'I' side should be pushed in).
  2. Press the power button on the front of the meter.
If the screen does not turn on, or if it displays a low battery message:
  1. Remove the large power cord.
  2. Plug the large power cord back in, making sure that it is plugged into a working outlet.
Note: It may take 30 to 60 minutes for the tablet to charge enough to restore normal operation.
