Deleting a ship request in SendPro Online or PitneyShip

If a ship request is no longer needed, you can delete it.

If a ship request is no longer needed, you can delete it.

Select your software version

There are currently two versions of our shipping software. Click on the image that matches your Home screen to view the instructions for your version.

  1. From the Print menu, select Ship Requests.
  2. For the ship request you wish to delete, select Delete.
  3. At the Are you sure you want to delete this Ship Request? prompt, select Delete.

 

PitneyShip (new) PitneyShip Home screen thumbnail

  1. From the Shipping & Mailing menu, select Manage Ship Requests.
  2. Select the box next to the ship requests you wish to delete.
  3. Select Delete Selected.
  4. Select Delete to confirm.
