Creating a ship request in SendPro Online or PitneyShip

Ship requests allow you to create a label that you or someone else can print at a later time.

Ship requests allow you to create a label that you or someone else can print at a later time.

Select your version of SendPro Online

There are currently two versions of SendPro Online. Click on the image that matches your SendPro Online Home screen to view the instructions for your version.

  1. From the Print menu, select Create New Ship Request.
  2. Enter the recipient ZIP Code, package type, dimensions, and weight.
  3. Select Continue.
  4. Select the carrier and service.
  5. Select any extra services.
  6. Select Continue.
  7. Enter the recipient address, or select the Address Book icon and select it from the address book.
  8. Select Add to Ship Request.

  1. Create a shipping label as you normally would.
  2. Once your services are selected, instead of selecting Print Shipping Label to print the label yourself, select Create Ship Request to create a ship request.

  3. Select your printer and select Print to print the ship request. If you select Use browser printer, the ship request will open in PDF format in a new browser tab or window.
