How to check your postage account balance on the SendPro 300

Products affected: SendPro® 300
PB Postage™ funds are the funds that you have available for download in your account on the Pitney Bowes Data Center. The PB Postage balance does not include funds already in your meter.

To check the balance of funds available to you on the Pitney Bowes Data Center:
  1. From the Home screen, select Mail.
  2. From the list on the left, select Add Postage.
  3. Select Check PbP balance.
  4. The machine connects to the Pitney Bowes Data Center and displays the Prepaid and Other balances.
  5. You have the option to Refill Postage:
  • To refill your Postage By Phone account now, select Yes.
  • If you do not want to refill your Postage By Phone account at this time, select No. Selecting No will give you the option to perform a meter update if one was not recently performed:
  • To return to the Mail screen without performing an update, select Skip: Get Update Later.
  • To perform an update:
  1. Select Get Update Now.
  2. When the update is complete, select Continue to return to the Mail screen.
