Changing your account name for SendPro Online

If needed, you can change your SendPro Online account name, which is used to identify the account on reports.
Products affected: SendPro® Online, SendPro® Tablet

Your account name appears in the upper right corner of the screen and is used to identify the account on reports. It is usually your first and last name, but it can be anything you wish, such as an office location. If needed, you can change it. This is not the same as your username.

This feature is only available in the classic version of SendPro Online, not in PitneyShip.

  1. Sign in.
  2. Select your name in the upper right.
  3. Select SendPro Profile.
  4. Select the Change link in the Name section.
  5. Enter the new name in the First name and Last name boxes.
  6. Select Save.
