Changing your username for SendPro Online

Your SendPro Online username is your Pitney Bowes Your Account email address. If needed, you can change it.

For multi-location subscriptions, this process does not apply to Location Admin and User roles. If a new Location Admin needs to be created, contact your Admin. If you have a User role, contact your Location Admin to create the invite. If a username needs to be deleted, contact your Location Admin.

  1. Sign in to
  2. Select your name in the upper right.
  3. Select Your Account. A new tab or window opens with your Pitney Bowes account.
  4. In the upper right, select the person icon. spo-person-icon
  5. Select Contact Information.
  6. Enter your new email address in the Email Address field.
  7. Select Save Changes.
  8. Check your email account for a verification email. Click the link in the email to confirm the change. The link expires in 3 hours.
