Your SendPro Online username is your Pitney Bowes Your Account email address. If needed, you can change it.
For multi-location subscriptions, this process does not apply to Location Admin and User roles. If a new Location Admin needs to be created, contact your Admin. If you have a User role, contact your Location Admin to create the invite. If a username needs to be deleted, contact your Location Admin.
- Sign in to http://sendpro.pitneybowes.com/.
- Select your name in the upper right.
- Select Your Account. A new tab or window opens with your Pitney Bowes account.
- In the upper right, select the person icon.
- Select Contact Information.
- Enter your new email address in the Email Address field.
- Select Save Changes.
- Check your email account for a verification email. Click the link in the email to confirm the change. The link expires in 3 hours.
