Follow these steps to omit the day or date:

From the Home screen, tap Mail.
On the left side menu, scroll down and tap Print Menu.
Tap the Down Arrow.
Tap Omit Day/Date/Other.
Select Omit the day to omit only the day or Omit the date to omit the entire date.
