How to upload accounting data on the DM300C, DM400C, DM450C and DM475 to Total Meter Reporting

Products affected: DM300™, DM400™, DM450™, DM475™ with INVIEW™ and Total Meter Reporting
If you are using INVIEW™ accounting and Total Meter Reporting on the DM300C, DM400C, DM450C or DM475, you will need to upload your accounting data to the Data Center. We recommend that you upload your data at least once a week.

Note: INVIEW™ and Total Meter Reporting are optional features. Contact your Sales Representative for information about options and pricing.

To upload your data:
  1. Before you start, make certain that your system is connected to PC Meter Connect, a USB Ethernet Connectivity Kit, or WiFi Connection Device in order to communicate with the Data Center.
  2. Press Refill Postage.
  3. Select Check PBP Balance.
  4. Select Continue. The meter will check for downloads.
Note: You do not need to add funds to upload your accounting data.
  1. If a download is available, select Download Now.
Note: If the meter is unable to connect to the Data Center, see Resolve connection errors on the DM300C, DM400C, DM450C and DM475 .
