PI Output Manager - Disable Accounting Pages Metacode Data functionality

The DISABLE_ACCT_PAGE=YES setting command disables all accounting banner pages, if it is added to the XRX input client.

The permitted values are YES and NO, where YES means that accounting pages disabled.

Default: NO
Example: DISABLE_ACCT_PAGE=YES

The input client should be restarted after the command is added.
