Setting up default stamp and envelope printing options in SendPro Online

You can set certain default settings for printing stamps and envelopes from SendPro Online. Although stamps can be printed from the SendPro Online software or from the web version of SendPro Online, the following stamp and envelope printing options can only be accessed from the SendPro Online software.

1. In the SendPro Online software, select Settings > Stamp Options.
2. For Stamp sheets:
   1. Select the default Postage Value.
   2. If you want the system to default to printing a full sheet of the same stamp, select Print a full sheet.
   3. Select the default Printer.
3. For Stamp rolls:
   1. Select the default Postage Value.
   2. Select the default Number of stamps to print.
   3. Select the default Printer.
   4. (Optional) If you do not want to have to select your stamp roll printer each time you print a stamp, select Do not show Roll Printer List.
4. For Envelopes:
   1. Select the default Envelope Size.
   2. To enter a Default Sender Address, select the Choose from Address Book icon and select the desired address.
   3. If you want the sender address on envelopes hidden by default, select Hide sender address on envelopes.
   4. Select the default Postage Value.
   5. Select the default Printer.
   6. Select the default Printer tray.
