Credit for supplies purchased through Purchase Power
Information on refunding a credit for supplies purchased with Purchase Power.
When returning supplies acquired through Purchase Power, a credit will be applied to your account. Credits for qualifying returned items are available after they have been received and processed: See Supply Return Policy for more information.

Qualifying for a Refund
- If you borrowed against Purchase Power to pay for supplies and do not have a balance due, the credit for qualifying returned items will be applied to your account. You may request a refund if you will not be reusing the funds.
- If you borrowed against Purchase Power to pay for supplies and have a balance due, the credit for returned items will be applied to the outstanding balance, and you may not be eligible for a refund.
- Credits to Purchase Power may take up to 24 hours to post to your account.
- Refunds typically take 2 weeks to process and will be sent to the address on file with Pitney Bowes.
