Clearing a single account or all accounts on the DM100i, DM125, DM200L and DM225

IMPORTANT: Once your accounting information is cleared, it cannot be retrieved. Ensure that your reports print correctly before you clear your transaction log.

Follow the steps to clear your postage totals for your account(s):
  1. From the Home screen, select ACCT:. The Accounts menu is displayed.
    • To clear a single account:
      1. Press Page Down.
      2. Select Clear An Account. The Clear An Account screen is displayed.
      3. Use the Page Down and Page Up buttons to scroll and select the account, or enter the first digit of the account number, then press Yes/Enter.
    • To clear all accounts:
      1. Press Page Down twice.
      2. Select  Clear all accounts.
  2. At the Confirm Clear? prompt, press Yes/Enter. The account totals are cleared. You will be returned to the Accounts menu.
  3. Press Clear (back arrow key) or Home to return to the Home screen.
