Transferring funds from an older device to your SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+ device

Applies to SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+ Models with PCN 2H00 and 8H00

If you are upgrading to SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto from an older device such as a mailstation Series or a DM 100 – 225, you must first withdraw your funds from the old device to your Pitney Bowes account and then add them to your SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto.

This applies only to postage funds for Print on Envelopes on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto device.

This method does not apply to shipping labels. If your new SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto includes the Create Shipping Labels app, you must set up and fund your account during the installation process. The shipping labels funds use a separate account.

Step 1: Withdraw your funds from the old device

Follow the procedure to withdraw the funds from your old device to your original funding source(s). Select your old device for instructions.

Once you remove funds from your old device, the funds return to your original payment method within 24 hours.

Step 2: Add funds to your SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto

After you install the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto, you can add more postage to the Print on Envelopes account.

  1. Tap Print on Envelopes on the Home screen.
  2. Tap Postage Balance.
  3. Tap Refill Postage.
  4. Enter your postage refill amount.
  5. Tap Refill Mail Postage.
  6. Tap View Receipt if you wish to view or print a receipt.
  7. Tap Done.

Your updated postage balance appears on the Print on Envelopes app.
