Scheduling a carrier pickup in SendPro Online or PitneyShip
You can get a link to the carrier's website to schedule a package pickup if needed.

If you need to schedule a package pickup, you can get a link to the carrier's website to arrange the pickup. Pitney Bowes is not involved with carrier pickup scheduling.
Select your software version
There are currently two versions of our shipping software. Click on the image that matches your Home screen to view the instructions for your version.
SendPro Online (classic) 
- On the Home screen, under Schedule a Pickup, select the Schedule now link next to the desired carrier. You are directed to the carrier's website to arrange the pickup. Pitney Bowes is not involved with carrier pickup scheduling.
- On the carrier's website, provide the required information to complete the process.
PitneyShip (new) 
- On the Pitney Bowes is not involved with carrier pickup scheduling. menu, under Schedule pickup, select the desired carrier. You are directed to the carrier's website to arrange the pickup.
- On the carrier's website, provide the required information to complete the process.
