Scheduling a carrier pickup in SendPro Online or PitneyShip

You can get a link to the carrier's website to schedule a package pickup if needed.

In SendPro Online, you can get a link to the carrier's website to arrange the pickup. In PitneyShip, you can schedule a USPS pickup or get a link to schedule a package pickup on the UPS or FedEx websites.

Select your software version

There are currently two versions of our shipping software. Click on the image that matches your Home screen to view the instructions for your version.

In SendPro Online, you can get a link to the carrier's website to arrange the pickup.

  1. On the Home screen, under Schedule a Pickup, select the Schedule now link next to the desired carrier. You are directed to the carrier's website to arrange the pickup. Pitney Bowes is not involved with carrier pickup scheduling.
  2. On the carrier's website, provide the required information to complete the process.

In PitneyShip, you can schedule a USPS pickup or get a link to schedule a pickup on the UPS or FedEx websites.

USPS

  1. On the Shipping & Mailing menu, select Schedule USPS Pickup.
  2. Select the Sender Address.
  3. Enter the email and phone number.
  4. Select All USPS Shipments or Select USPS Shipments. If you choose Select USPS Shipments, select the shipments you want picked up.
  5. Complete any required package details.
  6. Select the Pickup Location.
  7. Select Packages have correct postage affixed and Packages are properly sealed and ready for shipment.
  8. Select Confirm Pickup.

If you need to cancel a pickup, go to the Pickup History tab.

UPS and FedEx

  1. On the Shipping & Mailing menu, select Schedule FedEx Pickup or select Schedule UPS Pickup. You are directed to the carrier's website to arrange the pickup.
  2. On the carrier's website, provide the required information to complete the process.
    Note: Pitney Bowes is not involved with UPS and FedEx pickup scheduling.
