Scheduling a carrier pickup in SendPro Online

You can get a link to the carrier's website to schedule a package pickup if needed.
  1. On the Home screen, under Schedule a Pickup, select the Schedule now link next to the desired carrier. You are directed to the carrier's website to arrange the pickup. Pitney Bowes is not involved with carrier pickup scheduling.
  2. On the carrier's website, provide the required information to complete the process.
Note: UPS labels created in SendPro Online does not trigger UPS automatic pickup.
