Deleting a preset in SendPro Online or PitneyShip
If you no longer need a preset, you can delete it.

If you no longer need a preset, you can delete it.
Select your software version
There are currently two versions of our shipping software. Click on the image that matches your Home screen to view the instructions for your version.
SendPro Online (classic) 
- Select Settings > Shipment Presets.
- Select the desired preset.
- Select Delete.
PitneyShip (new) 
- Select the Shipping Presets tab at the bottom of the Home screen.
- Select the delete icon next to the desired preset.
