Deleting a preset in SendPro Online or PitneyShip
If you no longer need a preset, you can delete it.

If you no longer need a preset, you can delete it.
Select your software version
There are currently two versions of our shipping software. Click on the image that matches your Home screen to view the instructions for your version.
PitneyShip (new) |
SendPro Online (classic) 
- Select Settings > Shipment Presets.
- Select the desired preset.
- Select Delete.
PitneyShip (new) 
- On the Home screen, select View All Presets, or select Shipping Presets from the menu.
- Select the delete icon for the preset you wish to delete.
- Select Delete to confirm.
