How to reset all accounts on the DM500, DM800i and more

Products affected: DM500™, DM525™, DM550™, DM575™, DM800™, DM800i™, DM825™, DM875™, DM900™, DM925™, DM1000™, DM1100™
Caution: When resetting accounts, all the data is completely removed from the accounts. Once the data is reset, it cannot be retrieved.

To reset the piece count and funds for all accounts to zero:
  1. Press the Accounts button.
  2. Press the right arrow button to enter the Set Up Accounts screen.
  3. If a Supervisor password is requiredenter it.
  4. Press the down arrow twice.
  5. Select Reset All Accounts.
  6. Select Print Report for a record of all the accounts. The Print Multi Account Report screen appears and prompts to print.
  7. After reviewing the report, select Reset to set the piece count and funds for all accounts to zero. Again, this cannot be undone.
  8. Press the left arrow to return to the home screen.
