Changing your SendPro Online subscription payment method
If the credit card that you use to pay for your subscription expires, you will receive an email notification and should update your payment method right away. If you do not update your subscription payment method before your next payment is due, your account will have limited access until you update it.
If you use Purchase Power or a Reserve Account and wish to change your payment method, or if you use a credit card and wish to change to Purchase Power or a Reserve Account, please chat with us.
Only users with the role of Admin can perform this procedure.
To change your SendPro subscription payment method:
- Sign in.
- Select Settings > Admin Options.
- In the Payment Methods section, under SendPro Online Subscription, select Change.
- Update the information as needed and select Update.
