Changing your SendPro Online subscription payment method

If the credit card that you use to pay for your SendPro Online subscription expires, you will receive an email notification and should update your payment method right away. If you do not update your subscription payment method before your next payment is due, your account will have limited access until you update it.

Only users with the role of Admin can perform this procedure.

To change your SendPro Online subscription payment method:

  1. Sign in to
  2. Select Settings > Admin Options.
  3. In the Payment Methods section, under SendPro Online Subscription, select Change.
  4. Change the information as needed and select Update.
