A Delivery Assurance claim can be filed if your package did not arrive by the guaranteed date. You can submit a claim from 5 days after the first scan until 14 days after the delivery date. Reimbursement is for the base postal amount only; you will not be reimbursed for any extra services.
- Select History > Shipping History.
- Select the SendPro Delivery Assurance shipment for which you wish to file a claim.
- Select Click here to file a claim.
- Review the information and select Submit Claim. You are notified immediately whether your claim was approved or rejected.
