Filing a Delivery Assurance claim in SendPro Online or PitneyShip
A Delivery Assurance claim can be filed if your package did not arrive by the guaranteed date.

A Delivery Assurance claim can be filed if your package did not arrive by the guaranteed date. You can submit a claim from 5 days after the first scan until 14 days after the delivery date. Reimbursement is for the base postal amount only; you will not be reimbursed for any extra services.
Select your software version
There are currently two versions of our shipping software. Click on the image that matches your Home screen to view the instructions for your version.

SendPro Online (classic) 
- Select History > .
- Select the SendPro Delivery Assurance shipment for which you wish to file a claim.
- Select Click here to file a claim.
- Review the information and select Submit Claim. You are notified immediately whether your claim was approved or rejected.
PitneyShip (new) 
- Select > .
- Select the arrow next to the PitneyShip Delivery Assurance shipment for which you wish to file a claim to expand it.
- Select File a claim.
- Review the information and select Submit Claim. You are notified immediately whether your claim was approved or rejected.
This procedure only applies to shipments sent using the SendPro Online or PitneyShip Delivery Assurance service. For insurance claims on other shipments, see Filing an insurance claim.
