Resolve Print Step in production workflow not showing 100% when closed in DFWorks

Operating System: Windows 2008 64bit

Issue

The print step is closed using the scan data collector. When this is performed, normal behavior would close the step and show 100% completed but the Print progress stays at 0%.

Cause

There is a missing setting in the Production Workflow.

Resolution

In properties, under Production Workflow tab the question:

"Do you want to show step progress as 100% when a step is ended regardless of units processed?"

Should have the answer: “Yes”
