Clearing a paper jam on the DM100i-DM300C
Learn how to clear a paper jam on the DM100i, DM125, DM200L, DM225, and DM300C.

- Turn your transport release lever clockwise to the released position.
- Carefully pull your envelope out toward the right.
- Using a can of non-flammable pressurized air and working from the left side of the machine to the exit, blow air onto the feed deck the envelopes/tape sheets travel on to ensure that all dust and debris gets removed.
- Turn your transport release lever counterclockwise to the home position.
