Sending presorted and USPS Marketing Mail (bulk mail) on the DM300C, DM400C, and DM450C

You must manually type in presort and USPS Marketing Mail (bulk mail) on the DM300C, DM400C, and DM450C, as the software for these meters does not contain presort and USPS Marketing Mail prices.

Follow these steps to send presort and USPS Marketing Mail:

Key in postage for the correct amount.
Press Enter.
Press Inscript.
Choose the correct inscription for the type of mail you are sending. Default options are:

Presort Standard
Presort First Class
Presorted
Standard (renamed USPS Marketing Mail)
Non-Profit (renamed USPS Marketing Mail Nonprofit)

If you have any questions about your rate or which inscription you should use, consult with your local post office.
