Selecting an account on the mailstation series

Select an account to track your postage costs by category. Accounting is an optional feature on the mailstation and mailstation2.

Select an account to track your postage costs by category. Accounting is an optional feature on the mailstation and mailstation2.

Follow these steps to select an account:
  1. Press Menu.
  2. Press Review (down) until Change Account? displays.
  3. Press Enter/Yes.
  4. Scroll and select the desired account.
Important: If you have a password assigned to this account, the system prompts you to enter it. After you enter the 4-digit password, a confirmation message displays, and then the meter returns to the Main screen.
