How to check your postage account balance on the DM500, DM800i and more
Products affected: DM500™, DM525™, DM550™, DM575™, DM800™, DM800i™, DM825™, DM875™, DM900™, DM925™, DM1000™, DM1100™, and DM Infinity™
Follow these steps to check your postage account balance:
- Press Funds
- Select Get Postage By Phone Balance
- Press Enter
- The system dials Pitney Bowes to connect to your PB Postage account.
- When the connection is made, the system displays the PB Postage account balance information:
- Prepaid: Displays all funds available that you mailed in by check to your Reserve Account (FDIC Insured) or USPS account
- Other: Displays all funds available on your Purchase Power line of credit
- Select Done to exit. The system returns to the Main screen.
