How to check your postage account balance on the DM500, DM800i and more
Products affected: DM500™, DM525™, DM550™, DM575™, DM800™, DM800i™, DM825™, DM875™, DM900™, DM925™, DM1000™, DM1100™, and DM Infinity™
Follow these steps to check your postage account balance:

Select
Get Postage By Phone Balance
Press
Enter
The system dials Pitney Bowes to connect to your PB Postage account.
When the connection is made, the system displays the PB Postage account balance information:
Prepaid
: Displays all funds available that you mailed in by check to your Reserve Account (FDIC Insured) or USPS account
Other
: Displays all funds available on your Purchase Power line of credit
Select
Done
to exit. The system returns to the Main screen.
