Learn how to print the date and time without printing postage on the mailstation and mailstation2.

This feature can be used to time-stamp incoming mail and sensitive documents.

To print the date and time without a meter stamp:
  1. Press Menu.
  2. Press Review (down) until the display says select Change Meter Stamp Type?
  3. Press Review (down) until the display says Print Date / Time and Ad Only?
The meter will return to the Main screen with the date and time only displayed.
 
To turn off date and time only printing:
  1. Press Menu.
  2. Press Review (down) until the display says select Change Meter Stamp Type?
  3. Press Review (down) until the display says Print Normal Postage?
The meter will return to the normal Main screen.
