Control panel failure on the DM300C-DM475

If one or more of the buttons on your control panel do not work, try to clear the error by restarting your meter.
- Unplug your power cord.
- Wait one minute.
- Plug your power cord back in, ensuring that it is plugged directly into a wall outlet.
