Resolve custom reporting not working (Log Capture)

Configuration: All DFWorks Versions
When a Productivity custom report is run the  query that produces the output for the report (the results) is logged to the productivityreports_*.log file.
  1. Run the Productivity custom report again just in case the productivity_*.log file has been archived since the last time the report was run.
  2. Update the productivity_*.log report log to your support Case

Initial Details: The Customer created a new Productivity Custom Report that is not executing
