Creating presort and USPS Marketing Mail presets on the DM100i-DM225

Create and use presets for presort and USPS Marketing Mail when you send presorted mail on the DM100i, DM125, DM200L, and DM225.
Products affected: DM100®i, DM125™, DM200L™, DM225™
You can use presort mail inscriptions when you send presorted mail.

Order a presort inscription

Presort mail requires a presort inscription. Use the Contact Us options below to create a Technical Support case to order the appropriate inscription and get it added to your meter. If you are not sure which inscription you need, please contact the United States Postal Service. Options include:
  • Presort Standard
  • Presorted 1st Class 
  • Non-Profit Org
  • Standard
Pitney Bowes Technical Support will send you an email when your inscription is ready to download.
 

Create a preset

  1. Type the correct postage amount and press Enter from the Home screen.
  2. Press Page Down.
  3. Select Insc.
  4. Select Select an inscript.
  5. Press Page Down to scroll and chose the desired inscription.
  6. Select Custom Preset.
  7. Select Define New Preset.
  8. Select Yes: store preset.
  9. Enter the desired name for the preset.
  10. You return to the Home screen.


Select a preset

  1. Select Custom Preset.
  2. Select Select Preset.
  3. Choose the desired preset from the list.
