Editing an address in SendPro Online or PitneyShip

Addresses that are edited in SendPro Online or PitneyShip are also updated in the address books of other SendPro products.

Select your software version

There are currently two versions of our shipping software. Click on the image that matches your Home screen to view the instructions for your version.

PitneyShip (new)

SendPro Online (classic)

1. From the menu at the top, select Address Book.
2. Select the address you wish to edit.
3. On the right side of the screen, select Edit.
   
4. Update the address as needed.
5. Select Save.

PitneyShip (new)

1. Select Settings > Address Book.
2. Select the Edit Contact icon next to the address you wish to edit.
3. Update the address as needed.
4. Select Save and Close.
