Issue

AFP2VDD module is not orienting/formatting the Manifest page correctly

Cause

Component with Issue: AFP2VDD MGR2.4 (base installation version)
Test results with later code: 2.4.1 and 2.4.2 render the side (#6) in landscape incorrectly.
Fix required for: 2.4
Input: AFP
Output: VIEWER
Problem Description:
Mixed Mode AFP/Line jobs are processed through Output Manager via AFP2VDD and written as output to disk via VDD2PDF.
The AFP2VDD module is not orienting/formatting the Manifest page correctly. At the end of the AFP Document construct - BDT/EDT, the manifest line data is present.
AFP2VDD should be invoking the first Data Map in the PageDef, in this case the “TRAILER” data map, to orient and format the line data. However, the TRAILER DataMap does not get invoked and the manifest banner page prints in Landscape instead of Portrait.
If a print file is submitted with only the mainifest line data it orients and prints as expected. Attached is a bundle of the AFP job having issues.
This was previously fixed in VIP 8.8

Resolution

A fix is required to the AFP2VDD.exe module.
