Searching for a shipment in SendPro Online or PitneyShip
You can search and filter your history to find a label that was created in SendPro Online or PitneyShip.

You can search and filter your history to find a label that was created in SendPro Online or PitneyShip.
Select your software version
There are currently two versions of our shipping software. Click on the image that matches your Home screen to view the instructions for your version.
SendPro Online (classic) 
- Select History > . The History screen provides a summary of your past shipments.
- Use one or more of the following options to locate the desired shipment:
- Search: Enter part of a tracking number, recipient name, company, or address in the search field.
- Filter by date: To change the date range shown, select the calendar icon, select the time period from the menu, and select Apply.
- Filter by shipment type: Select the All Shipments menu, then select one of the available categories:
- Insured Shipments (This filter is the same as selecting History > File Insurance Claim.)
- Shipments Eligible for Refund (This filter is the same as selecting History > .)
- Shipment Summary by Cost Account
- Shipment Summary by User
- Shipment Summary by Carrier
- Sort the list: By default, shipments are listed by date, with the most recent at the top. To sort by something other than date, select the one of the other column headings:
- Date
- Recipient
- Carrier
- Tracking Number
- Label Amount
- User
- To view details for a shipment, select the arrow on the left to open it.
PitneyShip (new) 
- Select History > .
- Select the tab for the type of items you wish to view: Shipments, USPS Stamps, Postage, or USPS Refunds.
- Use one or more of the following options to locate the desired shipment:
- Search: Enter part of a tracking number, recipient name, company, or address in the search field.
- Filter by date: To change the date range shown, select the calendar icon and select the desired time period.
- Filter by shipment type: Select the All Shipments menu, then select one of the available categories.
- Sort the list: By default, shipments are listed by date, with the most recent at the top. To sort by Amount, select the Amount column heading.
- To view the details of a particular item in the list, select the arrow on the left to open it.
