Checking label or stamp refund status in SendPro Online or PitneyShip
You can check on the status of your shipping label and stamp refund requests in SendPro Online or PitneyShip.

You can check on the status of your shipping label and stamp refund requests on the History screen.
Select your software version
There are currently two versions of our shipping software. Click on the image that matches your Home screen to view the instructions for your version.

SendPro Online (classic) 
- Select History > .
- Select the USPS Label Refunds tab.
- If needed, change the date filter to locate the desired refund request.
- Select the desired refund request to view the details. The refund status is shown in the Status column.
- For USPS labels, the status is Refund Requesteduntil the request is approved.
- When approved, the status changes to Refund Approved, the Date Refund Applied column is filled in, and an email is sent to the email address stored in Settings > Email Notifications.
- If the refund is denied, the status changes to Refund Denied. This means that the USPS has determined that the label was used and therefore will not provide a refund. USPS does not send email notification for denied refunds.
PitneyShip (new) 
- Select > .
- Select the USPS Refunds tab to check on shipping label refunds or or the USPS Stamps Refunds tab to check on stamp refunds.
- If needed, change the date filter to locate the desired refund request. The refund status is shown in the Status column.
- Select the arrow next to the refund request to view the details.
- For USPS labels, the status is Refund Requested until the request is approved.
- When approved, the status changes to Refund Approved, and the Refund Date column is filled in. If an email address is saved in Settings > Email Notifications > Email Confirmation for Postage Refund, an email is sent to that address.
- If the refund is denied, the status changes to Refund Denied. This means that the USPS has determined that the label was used and therefore will not provide a refund. USPS does not send email notification for denied refunds.
