Resolution

    Labels print too small

If your labels print too small, the wrong paper size may be selected. To correct this:

    1. Select Settings > Label Options.
    2. If the Choose Format menu is set to Plain Paper - 8.5 x 11, select Roll - 4 x 6.

If Plain Paper - 8.5 x 11 is always selected by default, you can change this to 4 x 6 by adjusting your shipping label printing default. See:

    Red light on printer

If the red light on a Datamax w1110 printer is on and it will not print, see:

If the red light on a Brother QL-1050 printer is on, see the QL-1050 Red Light Troubleshooting guide.
Image parts or text missing from printed label

If your label looks correct in Adobe Reader, but when printed, some image parts are missing (barcocde, stamp, USPS logo, etc.), or some letters or text appears as empty boxes, see:

    Printing error messages

If you receive the error "Print driver host for 32bit applications has stopped working" or "Print driver host for applications has stopped working", see:

If you receive the error "Oops! Something went wrong", see:

If you receive the error "You don't have the right printer connected for your label size", see:

If you receive the error "We were unable to print your label" message when printing a UPS label, see:

Labels not printing in Safari or Firefox

      Other printing problems

If the printer selection window does not open when you click Print for stamp sheets or envelopes, see No printer selection window when printing stamps.
