Resolve "Error Code: I072427", PDF-IN preprocessing error in P/I Output Manager

Issue

The customer is running a job through PDF-IN in P/I Output Manager.

The job fails with the following error code in the system.log:

I072427 PDF-IN - PDF-in preprocessing error at page <page number> with error code 23.

Cause

The cause of the error is a defect in the PDF2VDD module. A new build of the PDF2VDD module is required.

Resolution

Deliver a new build of the PDF2VDD module to the customer.
