How to update Canada Post tracking number ranges in SendSuite Live

To update Canada Post tracking number ranges:

Note: Make sure that all open Canada Post days have been closed before making changes.
  1. Select Start > All Programs > ConnectShip Progistics.
  2. Right-click on Progistics Management Console and select Run as administrator.
  3. In the panel on the left, expand Carrier Configuration.
  4. Expand Canada Post.
  5. Expand the company location name.
  6. Select Account Configuration.
  7. Select the Tracking Numbers tab.
  8. Enter the appropriate tracking numbers provided by the carrier.
  9. Select the Barcode Data tab.
  10. Enter tracking number ranges for Small Packet shipments.
Note: Canada Post may provide this data with a leading UR and trailing X CA. These portions can be ignored, as SendSuite® Live automatically adds them to the tracking number. Only the 8-digit numbers need to be updated in Progistics Management Console.
  1. Click Save in the bottom left corner.
Note: You may need to reset Internet Information Services (IIS) in order for the changes to take effect.
  1. Reload all SendSuite Live shipping packages and ship a test package to ensure that the number ranges are correct.
