Refilling postage automatically in SendPro Online or PitneyShip

You can have SendPro automatically add postage to your account when the balance falls below a certain threshold.

You can have postage automatically added to your USPS account when the balance falls below a certain threshold.

Select your software version

There are currently two versions of our shipping software. Click on the image that matches your Home screen to view the instructions for your version.

  1. Select Settings > Postage Refills.
  2. Select I want to automatically add postage.
  3. In the Set the minimum postage threshold amount field, enter the threshold amount. When your postage balance goes below this amount, funds will be automatically added to your USPS account.
  4. In the Add this postage amount field, enter the amount of funds you wish to have added to your postage balance when the threshold is reached. The minimum you can add is $10.00. Your postage balance cannot exceed $500.00.
  5. If you wish to receive an email receipt when a postage refill occurs, enter the address in the Postage Refill Email field.
  6. If you use cost accounts, you can associate a cost account with postage refills. Select the Search for Cost Accounts field and select the desired account.
  7. Select Save.

  1. Select Settings > Postage Refills.
  2. Select I want to automatically add postage.
  3. In the Postage Amount field, enter the amount you wish to have added when your balance goes below the threshold.
  4. In the Minimum Postage Threshold field, enter the threshold. When your balance goes below this amount, funds will be automatically added.
  5. If you wish to be prompted when the minimum postage threshold is reached, select Prompt me when minimum postage threshold is reached.
  6. If you use cost accounts, you can associate a cost account with postage refills. Select Select a Cost Account to track your postage refill transactions, then enter the desired account in the field.
  7. If you wish to receive an email when a refill occurs, select Email postage refill notification and enter the address followed by a comma.
    Note: Even if you only enter one email address, you have to enter a comma after it.
  8. Select Save.
