Printing your Last 5 Refills summary report on the DM300C-DM475

Products affected: DM300C™, DM400C™, DM450C™, DM475™
Follow these steps to print your Last 5 Refills report:
  1. Press Menu.
  2. Press Reports.
  3. Press Last 5 Refills.
  4. When prompted, insert an envelope or tape sheet into your meter. Your report prints.
  5. Your system returns to the Reports menu. Press No to return to your main screen.
The Last 5 Refills report contains the following:
  • Date, Time, and amount of the last 5 refills
  • Postage By Phone® account number
  • Meter serial number
  • Date the report was printed
