No scale line on the mailstation series

Issue

There is no scale line on the display and the scale does not work.

Cause

Your meter does not detect the scale.

Resolution

Restart your meter and check your scale connections to resolve your issue. 
  1. Unplug your power cord.
  2. Wait one to three minutes.
  3. Unplug the scale from the back and check the connectors. Make sure the connectors are undamaged.
  4. Reconnect your scale.
  5. Plug your power cord back in, ensuring that it is plugged directly into a wall outlet.
