Resolve issue where the Custom Reports Category Enrollment tab is not displaying any categories in DFWorks

Issue

In DFWorks, under Custom Reports / Report Configuration page there is a tab for Report Category Enrollment. The enrollments were all missing from the page.

Cause

Customer enrolled too many sub-categories and exceeded the 60 character limitation for the Report Category column. 

Resolution

Engineer shortened the names in the field and all of the enrollments displayed.

Also, DFWorks does not stop the user from enrolling sub-categories, so they can enter categories 5 layers deep, but DFWorks only supports a category and a sub-category.
