Error 94 on the mailstation series, DM100i-DM475, DM Infinity, and SendPro 300

The meter displays error code 94 and does not connect to the Pitney Bowes Data Center.


The meter cannot connect to the Pitney Bowes Data Center.


You may be able to clear the error by restarting the meter. 
  1. Turn the power off with the power switch.
  2. Wait for the display to turn off.
  3. Wait one to three minutes.
  4. Turn the power switch back on.
