The meter displays error code 11DA and does not have any rates.
The rate file is missing or corrupt.
You may be able to correct this error with a download. Follow these instructions to perform a download:
- Connect your meter to a USB cable for PC Meter Connect / Communication Device.
- Press Funds.
- Press Review (down) twice.
- When Check amt available to download? is displayed, press Enter/Yes.
- When the balance is displayed, press No twice.
- When New Feature Available -Update? is displayed, press Enter/Yes.
