The meter displays the message Refill Too High and will not refill postage funds.
The amount selected is over the allowed $1000.00 maximum.
Follow these steps to resolve this message:
- Press Clear/Back (C).
- Repeat the refill procedure with a smaller postage amount (not to exceed $1000.00).
If the message is not cleared, contact client support. Please have your model number ready.
