Changing the default cost account in SendPro Online or PitneyShip
If you use cost accounts, you can choose which account is selected by default.

If you use cost accounts, you can choose which account is selected by default.
Select your software version
There are currently two versions of our shipping software. Click on the image that matches your Home screen to view the instructions for your version.
SendPro Online (classic) 
- Select Settings > Cost Accounts.
- Select the cost account you wish to set as the default and select Set as default.
PitneyShip (new) 
- Select Settings > Cost Accounts.
- Select the edit icon next to the cost account you wish to set as the default.
- Select Make this my default Cost Account.
- Select Save.
