The message "US Mailing has stopped" appears when you tap Envelope Printing.
- Unplug the power cord. The screen should turn off after 10 seconds.
- Wait 2 minutes.
- Plug the power cord directly back into a wall outlet. Check that the wall outlet is working correctly.
- Quickly tap and release the power button to turn the device back on.
- When the device is on the Home screen, scroll down to the application drawer at the bottom.
- Tap the double-headed arrow on the right side of the application drawer to expand it.
- Tap Rates and Updates to check to see if there are any updates for the device to download.
