“US Mailing has stopped” message on the SendPro C with PCN 2H00

If you see the error message "US Mailing has stopped" when you're trying to print on envelopes, follow these steps to clear the error.
Products affected: SendPro® C (2H00)


The message "US Mailing has stopped" appears when you tap Envelope Printing.




  1. Unplug the power cord. The screen should turn off after 10 seconds.
  2. Wait 30 seconds.
  3. Plug the power cord directly back into a wall outlet. Check that the wall outlet is working correctly.
  4. Quickly tap and release the power button to turn the device back on.
  5. Tap SendPro Apps on the Home screen, then tap Rates & Updates, or,
    • Tap the double-headed arrow at the bottom of the Home screen, then tap Rates & Updates.
